Pricing Analyst – Personal Lines
Our client, a prominent and fast-growing General Insurer, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their expanding Pricing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytically minded individual to contribute to pricing strategy, drive profitability, and enhance customer outcomes across Personal Lines products.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Personal Lines pricing—particularly Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel Insurance—and an interest in developing their technical skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on pricing performance using automated reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain advanced pricing models using data science and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to deliver enhancements to pricing strategy.
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of Personal Lines pricing portfolios.
- Support process improvements and the implementation of innovative pricing solutions.
About You
- Experience in Personal Lines pricing, ideally within Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel insurance.
- Strong numerical and statistical skills, with a good understanding of general insurance pricing practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Radar, Emblem, SQL, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
