Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of pricing models and price changes.
  • Evaluate and monitor the impact of pricing decisions on customers, ensuring fairness and alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Balance technical model improvements with strategic pricing objectives.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level analysts, contributing to team development and capability building.
  • Collaborate with wider business stakeholders, contributing to broader commercial and product decisions.

About You

  • Prior experience in Personal Lines Pricing is essential, ideally within Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel Insurance.
  • Proficient in Radar, Emblem, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of pricing governance, FCA regulations, and consumer duty requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
