Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver client projects across areas such as finance transformation, regulatory change, M&A, and capital management.
- Provide actuarial expertise to support audit and assurance engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value.
- Lead and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of development.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client engagement.
About You
- FIA qualified (or equivalent international actuarial qualification).
- Proven experience in life insurance, either from consultancy or industry.
- Strong project management and people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
