Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver client projects across areas such as finance transformation, regulatory change, M&A, and capital management.
• Provide actuarial expertise to support audit and assurance engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value.
• Lead and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of development.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client engagement.

About You

• FIA qualified (or equivalent international actuarial qualification).
• Proven experience in life insurance, either from consultancy or industry.
• Strong project management and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
