Senior Actuarial Trainee
One of our key clients is looking for a Senior Actuarial Trainee to join their growing Life Actuarial team. . This role offers the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, refine your technical expertise, and play a vital role in the company’s Actuarial processes, particularly in Reporting, Pricing, With-Profits, ALM and Experience Analysis. The role is ideal for a Part – Nearly Qualified Actuary who is looking to gain broad exposure in the actuarial field and help shape financial strategies.

What you’ll be working on:
- Solvency II Valuation (Pillars I, II, and III), UK GAAP and IFRS reporting
- Development and maintenance of Actuarial models
- Managing With-Profits business, including investment strategy and bonus rate recommendations
- Pricing for Annuity business
- Conducting Experience Analysis and recommending Valuation assumptions
- Asset Liability Management (ALM) work
Skills & Experience Required
- Part-Nearly Qualified Actuary (currently continuing exams or no longer sitting exams)
- Strong knowledge of Reporting and Actuarial Modelling Systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently
