Our client, a leading consultancy within the UK Pensions market, is looking for a Pensions Data Specialist to join their Data Solutions Team. Working across a diverse client base, you will be part of a specialist team delivering data projects across a range of high-profile transactions.
This position can be based from multiple offices across the UK. Hybrid working is offered as standard, with most colleagues spending 2-3 days a week in the office. The Pensions Data Specialist role is available as a full-time or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as risk transfer data expert across a portfolio of client projects.
- Liaise with administrators, settlement specialists, Actuarial/consulting teams and Insurers to support decision-making.
- Devise and deliver strategies for completing data work within contractual timescales.
- Review work carried out by others to ensure outputs are accurate and fit for purpose.
- Carry out and/or review modelling work, including rolling data back to transaction inception dates.
- Problem solve a variety of data challenges linked to risk transfer projects.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and support continuous improvement.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience leading the delivery of risk transfer data projects.
- Strong understanding of Insurer requirements for bulk data cleanses, buy-ins and buy-outs.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
