Business Change & Test Analyst
Our client is seeking a Business Change & Test Analyst to join their growing change and transformation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical professional to play a key role in delivering software, process, and business change initiatives across the organisation.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in business analysis, project support, testing, or change management who is looking to further develop their technical and stakeholder management skills within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams, you’ll support the delivery of a range of projects by gathering requirements, coordinating testing activities, documenting processes, and ensuring successful implementation of business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Change & Test Analyst role:
- Support the delivery of software, process, and business change initiatives
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process changes
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and coordination
- Prepare and execute test scripts and scenarios
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage defect logging, tracking, and retesting
- Produce and maintain project and testing documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings
- Support change implementation, training, and business readiness activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and monitor project progress
Skills & Experience required for the Business Change & Test Analyst role:
- Previous experience in business analysis, project support, testing, or change management
- Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
