  • Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on customers, taking steps to prevent unfair treatment.
  • Uphold code quality standards in line with expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with managers, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop the skills of your direct reports.

Experience required:

  • You should possess expertise in predictive modelling techniques such as GLM, GBM and/or machine learning methods.
  • You should possess significant experience with Radar and Emblem; building and developing models would be highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Python coding with a solid understanding of the entire insurance pricing process and various statistical modelling techniques
  • You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. An innovative mindset with a continuous desire to learn and develop skills would be highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience of managing a pricing or analytical team would be beneficial, although our client is open to considering candidates looking to undertake a managerial role for the first time.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills are essential. You should be well-organised, with the ability to manage time and documentation efficiently.
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to influence decisions and convey complex concepts clearly is highly valued.
