Within the Pensions Actuarial market Rebecca has built strong relationships with a variety of businesses, including global consultancies, partner-led organisations and boutique advisory firms. She has supported the growth of Corporate and Trustee Consulting teams as well as specialised roles within GMP Equalisation, Risk Transfer, Member Options, Risk & Modelling, Investments and Pensions Data. Rebecca’s expertise covers both Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution pensions teams as well as assisting those looking to move into Insurance.
Within the Life Insurance market Rebecca has recruited across Pricing, Reporting, Capital, Risk, Longevity, Bulk Annuities and Investments teams on both a permanent and contract basis. She has worked with a range of companies including FTSE100 Insurers, global Re-Insurers, international consultancies, mutuals and friendly societies.
Outside of work she enjoys watching sports and films, listening to podcasts, reading, swimming, spending time with family and fully utilising her National Trust membership.

Within Pensions Actuarial Josh has developed relationships with a range of Consultancies supporting on recruitment across Defined Benefit teams. Alongside traditional Trustee and Corporate consulting roles, he has supported the growth strategy of specialist teams in areas such as Risk Transfer, GMP Equalisation and Pensions Data.
Within the General Insurance market, Josh has supported candidates across Personal and Commercial Lines Pricing to secure new roles with Insurers, Brokers, MGAs and Consultancies. He has also supported several London Market Insurers and Lloyds syndicates with positions across Pricing, Reserving and Capital.
Josh has consistently delivered results for key clients and is known in the market for his consultative approach to helping employers and candidates achieve great outcomes. His personal approach to recruitment has meant that candidates and clients seek out his advice time and time again.
Outside of work Josh enjoys watching NFL, playing golf badly, watching Everton lose and spending time with family and friends.

Austin has 15 years’ experience recruiting Actuaries across the UK market up to Chief Actuary level. He has led teams recruiting roles across all Actuarial disciplines in the UK from General Insurance (including Pricing), Pensions, Investments, Life Insurance and London Market.
He is proactive with many of his clients, offering advice on policy around internal talent and retention. He has also written for external publications on Actuarial recruitment, including a front page article for The Actuary magazine.
He takes a real interest in the individuals he works with and has forged many long term relationships during his time in the sector. His recruitment credentials include leading on executive, permanent and day rate contract assignments for his clients.
He’s led on designing and delivering tailored recruitment campaigns to resource complex transformation programmes at large insurers. He has predominantly operated in the Non-Life market (both General Insurance & London Market), but also has hands on expertise within Pensions and Life Insurance. He is also an experienced recruitment trainer who has created and delivered a wide variety of content including enhancing the candidate journey and embedding EDI best practice.
Outside of work he enjoys music, cycling, gardening, keeping fit and spending time with his family.

Within the General Insurance market Jack has predominantly worked within the Personal and Commercial Lines Pricing space, supporting a range of Insurers, Brokers, MGAs and Consultancies on recruitment campaigns. He has also worked on requirements in the Reserving and Capital spaces, alongside supporting several London Market Insurers and Lloyds syndicates with Actuarial recruitment.
Jack is experienced with both permanent and contract recruitment, having worked on multiple day-rate & fixed-term contract assignments.
Jack is known in the market for his no-nonsense approach with both candidates and clients. His clients value the consistency with which he is able to provide high quality talent for consideration; his candidates appreciate his open and honest nature when guiding them through the recruitment process.
Outside of work Jack enjoys following Liverpool FC, festivals, UFC and gaming.

Within the General Insurance market Jack works with a range of Insurers, Brokers, MGAs and Consultancies to secure Pricing professionals in both the Personal and Commercial Lines spaces. Jack also supports on roles within the Reserving and Capital space. Alongside permanent recruitment he is also involved in helping day-rate contractors to secure their next assignment.
Jack’s reputation for his diligent work ethic and advocacy for his candidates and clients is well established. His demeanour and ability to allow his personality to shine through puts both candidates and clients at ease and reassures them that they are in safe hands.
