Senior Pensions Data Analyst/Associate Consultant – Risk Transfer
Our client, a market-leading consultancy in the Risk Transfer space, is seeking a Senior Pensions Data Analyst / Associate Consultant to join their specialist Risk Transfer Data team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions professional with strong DB data expertise—gained in actuarial, pensions administration, or data-focused roles—to step into a senior, client-facing role. You’ll work across buy-in/buy-out transactions, GMP equalisation projects, and wider pensions data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to ensure their data is prepared for a buy-in/buy-out transaction.
- Wider project work related to GMP equalisation and pensions dashboard data.
- Collaborate closely with internal actuarial, admin, and consulting teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Contribute to internal innovation and development of best practice.
- Mentor and train junior Actuarial staff where appropriate.
About You
- Strong DB pensions knowledge gained from an actuarial, pensions admin, or data background.
- Proven experience in the risk transfer space or working on data-intensive pension projects would be beneficial.
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- A proactive, detail-focused individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
