Actuarial Associate Consultant – Multiple Locations
Our client, a market-leading international Consultancy, is looking for an Actuarial Associate Consultant to join their growing DB Pensions Consulting team. Working across a diverse range of Corporate and Trustee clients, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has transitioned from a ‘do-er’ role into a ‘checker’ role for most or all of their client work.
This position is available from multiple offices across the UK, with hybrid working offered as standard. Most colleagues spend 2–3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with senior colleagues to advise a range of Corporate and Trustee pension schemes
- Undertaking individual member calculations, valuations, and accounting disclosures or reviewing work done by junior colleagues
- Attending client meetings and managing the delivery of client work
- Assisting in day-to-day client management and providing updates on a variety of pension issues
- Opportunities to work in specialist areas such as GMP Equalisation, Risk Transfer, Member Options, and Investments
- Mentoring and training more junior actuarial colleagues
About You:
- Part Qualified or Nearly Qualified Actuary, or non-studier with relevant experience
- Prior DB Pensions Consulting experience or BPA experience from a Life Insurance role
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
