Actuarial Manager
Our client, a leading actuarial insurance practice, is seeking an Actuarial Manager to join their Non-Life Insurance team. This role offers exposure to a range of technical projects beyond traditional reserving, including strategic, consulting, and transactional work.
This position is ideal for an Actuary with a strong reserving background who is eager to develop consulting skills and gain experience across transformation, pricing, and advisory engagements within the UK non-life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality actuarial work across multiple client projects within reserving, pricing, and transformation.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Build strong client relationships and support business development activities.
- Identify risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to practice management.
About You
- Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary
- Experience within the UK non-life insurance market.
- Solid technical reserving experience across several lines of business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
