Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies.
• Design, implement, and enhance pricing models and processes across business lines.
• Monitor technical pricing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and improve pricing tests, helping to drive better business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, and business teams.

About You

• Significant experience in General Insurance pricing, ideally across both personal and commercial lines.
• Strong technical skills in Emblem, Radar, SQL, and R.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
