Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust pricing models using Radar and Emblem.
  • Monitor the performance of pricing changes post-implementation, recommending refinements as needed.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning, to identify market trends, emerging rating factors, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the pricing function.

About You

  • Prior experience in Personal Lines Pricing is essential—applicants from Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel Insurance backgrounds are welcome.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Radar, Emblem, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of pricing governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and mentoring junior colleagues.
