Key Responsibilities
- Lead on technical model governance and ensure pricing models meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and enhance pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend and implement strategic changes aimed at increasing profitability and optimising pricing performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of pricing professionals.
- Collaborate with wider business units to ensure aligned, data-driven decision-making.
About You
- Prior experience in Personal Lines Pricing is essential—Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel Insurance experience is highly relevant.
- Strong technical skills in Radar, Emblem, SQL, R, or Python.
- Deep understanding of pricing governance frameworks and regulatory obligations within the UK insurance market.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
