Key Responsibilities

About You

• Prior experience in Personal Lines Pricing is essential—Motor, Home, Pet, or Travel Insurance experience is highly relevant.
• Strong technical skills in Radar, Emblem, SQL, R, or Python.
• Deep understanding of pricing governance frameworks and regulatory obligations within the UK insurance market.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
