Key Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated and resilient actuarial models, interpret results, and deliver innovative pricing solutions.
• Manage modelling projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare clear reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate complex statistical findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and implement advanced analytical techniques to improve pricing methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into business decisions.

About You

• Experience in Personal or Commercial Lines Pricing.
• Strong proficiency in data science programming, particularly Python or R.
• Knowledge of modelling software such as Emblem or Radar is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders through clear communication of technical concepts.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for applying new techniques to solve complex pricing challenges.
