Reporting Actuary – Nearly/Newly Qualified
Our client, a growing insurer, is seeking a Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary to join them as a Reporting Actuary.
This role is ideal for a Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary with a strong background in IFRS and SII Reporting. You’ll lead or contribute to end-to-end actuarial production cycles, assumption-setting, model development, and financial insight generation across multiple reporting bases including IFRS and Solvency II.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce IFRS and Solvency II reports, including clear analysis and communication of results.
- Lead or contribute to actuarial model development, ensuring models meet control and documentation standards.
- Design and maintain actuarial controls, processes, and governance documentation.
- Options to mentor or manage junior team members, overseeing their work and helping to build Actuarial capability.
- Gain experience beyond standard reporting, with opportunities to support on broader projects in areas such as risk management and capital management.
About You
- Nearly or Newly Qualified actuary with prior Life Insurance Reporting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and SII Reporting preferred.
- People management experience is desirable but not essential.
