Our client is seeking an Actuarial Assistant to join their growing Pensions team, focusing on technical valuations work. This project-based role offers the chance to collaborate across multiple pension scheme valuations, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cashflow valuations, including buy-in/buyout contracts
  • Build and run complex actuarial models and calculations
  • Prepare data and actuarial bases using in-house software
  • Develop your understanding of key technical issues in pensions valuations

About You:

  • Part Qualified or Nearly / Newly Qualified Actuary, or stop-studier with relevant experience
  • Prior pensions valuations experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
