Pricing Manager
Our client, a leading player in the UK general insurance market, is seeking a Pricing Manager to join their high-performing Retail Pricing function.

You’ll play a key part in shaping strategic pricing decisions, supporting delivery of innovative pricing solutions, and mentoring analysts to drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts across Personal Lines products
- Provide strategic input into pricing models and optimisation initiatives
- Oversee pricing processes and ensure compliance with governance controls
- Collaborate closely with Modelling, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Drive commercial performance by combining pricing expertise with business acumen
About You:
- Strong background in General Insurance Pricing, with leadership or mentoring experience
- Commercially focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in predictive modelling and data science tools (e.g. Python, R)
- Experience with optimisation and modelling software such as Radar, Emblem, or Earnix
- Degree in a quantitative subject (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of pricing governance, retail insurance products, and market dynamics
