Our client, a leading UK General Insurer, is seeking a Senior Actuary to join their Capital team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the organisation’s solvency management framework for General Insurance.
- Lead Internal Model development, implementation, and validation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Advise on strategic risks, including Reinsurance, market exposures, and extreme events.
- Present complex Actuarial and Risk information clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor a team of Actuaries to maximise their contribution and career progression.
About You
- FIA or FFA qualified.
- Extensive experience in General Insurance Capital Modelling, Internal Model development, and ORSA reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence business decisions.
