Senior Consulting Actuary – Guildford (Hybrid Working)
Our client, a partner-led, growing Consultancy, is seeking a Senior Consulting Actuary to join their DB Pensions Consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, expanding team in Guildford, giving you all the exposure and challenge of London-based work, without the commute.
This position would suit a fully Qualified Actuary with experience across a range of DB Pension schemes who’s looking to take on more leadership responsibility and play an influential role in a business where their voice truly matters.
Working across a portfolio of clients, you’ll take a lead role as the main point of contact for a variety of schemes, with opportunities to contribute to both client delivery and internal leadership. You’ll advise on a range of standard and bespoke projects, collaborating closely with junior colleagues to deliver work to the highest standard. You’ll also work alongside Partners to manage and grow client relationships, contribute to tenders, and engage with potential clients in the market.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on the same calibre of projects you’d find in a London consultancy, but in a more balanced and supportive environment that values collaboration, flexibility, and long-term progression.
This partner-led firm has an exceptional reputation for its employee wellbeing, supportive culture, and commitment to high-quality, client-focused work. With a clearly defined partnership pathway, joining at Senior Consulting Actuary level offers a realistic and achievable route to becoming a Partner in the short-to-medium term.
