Our client, a highly respected consultancy with a strong reputation for technical excellence and long-term career development, is seeking an Investment Client Specialist to join their expanding Investment Consulting team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an investment professional to take on varied analytical and client-focused work, while developing within a collaborative, people-first environment.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality investment advice and analysis across a broad range of client projects. You’ll support the development of tailored recommendations, carry out detailed investment modelling, and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and robustness of performance reporting and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check investment performance reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Draft tailored investment advice, including the development of specific recommendations for clients.
  • Support investment manager research, assessing managers’ performance and suitability.
  • Calculate liability projections and analyse actuarial valuation results and cashflow information.
  • Carry out deterministic and stochastic analysis of investment strategies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review the work of colleagues and provide support to more junior team members.

About You:

  • Experience in an investment analyst role or similar analytical position.
  • Strong IT, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Confident presenting technical information to small groups.
  • Progressing towards actuarial or CFA qualifications (or planning to do so within a reasonable timeframe).
