Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Defined Contribution (DC) team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and deliver high-quality advice across governance, strategy, and member outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of DC consultancy services to Trustees and Corporate clients
• Support a range of client projects such as scheme transitions, wind-ups, salary sacrifice implementation, contribution benchmarking, and AVC reviews
• Attend and contribute to client meetings, including presenting on agreed topics
• Support client management activities, including budgeting and service delivery
• Take ownership of specific client deliverables, managing projects end-to-end
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work
• Contribute to pensions research, regulatory updates, and internal knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience working with Defined Contribution pension arrangements
• Working towards or interested in studying a relevant professional qualification (e.g. PMI, FIA, CII or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills
