Due to continued growth, one of our key clients is recruiting for a Senior Technical GMP Actuary to join their specialist GMP Equalisation team. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Actuary who enjoys highly technical Defined Benefit Pensions work and wants to develop deep expertise in one of the most complex and fast-evolving areas of the market.
The GMP Equalisation team plays a key role in delivering complex equalisation projects and innovative solutions for a wide range of pension schemes, supported by strong analytical capability, specialist tooling, and an experienced technical peer group.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and reviewing GMP Equalisation work for DB pension schemes
- Signing off complex calculations and technical outputs
- Owning written advice and ensuring technical accuracy
- Acting as a senior technical contact for clients
- Supporting delivery of projects and presenting findings where required
- Contributing to technical research and mentoring junior team members
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Actuary with post-qualified experience
- Strong technical DB pensions knowledge
- Able to communicate complex Actuarial concepts clearly
- GMP Equalisation experience desirable but not essential
