Our client, a growing Life Insurer, is seeking a BPA Technical Data Analyst to join their BPA Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the successful transition of BPA business and data analysis & reconciliation.

This position would suit a candidate with technical experience in Defined Benefit Pensions or BPA/Risk Transfer transactions. It’s an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to take ownership of complex data projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality outcomes for future policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support transition of Bulk Purchase Annuity business.
• Analyse, transform, and reconcile defined benefit pension data.
• Maintain full audit trails and ensure data integrity for pricing and administration.
• Test payroll, pension increase, and benefit automation runs.
• Monitor and improve data quality, addressing errors and preventing recurrence.
• Recommend and test process or system enhancements to support BPA operations.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions or BPA/Risk Transfer transactions.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
