Radar Developer
A fantastic opportunity for a Radar Developer to join a leading Personal Lines Insurer.
Responsibilities of the Radar Developer:
- Develop, validate, review, and promote Radar Live models for Risk and Market Pricing
- Oversee model integration prior to deployment.
- Responsible for implementing changes within the models.
- Manage and address Radar defects arising from BAU, standard, or project-related changes across the business.
- Handle updates to Radar versions and licenses.
- Provide impact assessments for BAU, standard, and project changes.
- Manage, develop, and coach junior Analysts.
- Create innovative solutions to problems and continuously seek to improve processes.
- Develop and enhance best practices and standards for the team, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adopted.
Experience required:
- Experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product development.
- Proficient in using Radar and Radar Live.
- Proficient in building Radar models and implementing changes.
- Any experience in coaching or training junior staff would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing colleagues at all levels, including senior management and directors.
