A fantastic opportunity for a Radar Developer to join a leading Personal Lines Insurer.

Responsibilities of the Radar Developer:

• Develop, validate, review, and promote Radar Live models for Risk and Market Pricing
• Oversee model integration prior to deployment.
• Responsible for implementing changes within the models.
• Manage and address Radar defects arising from BAU, standard, or project-related changes across the business.
• Handle updates to Radar versions and licenses.
• Provide impact assessments for BAU, standard, and project changes.
• Manage, develop, and coach junior Analysts.
• Create innovative solutions to problems and continuously seek to improve processes.
• Develop and enhance best practices and standards for the team, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adopted.

Experience required:

• Experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product development.
• Proficient in using Radar and Radar Live.
• Proficient in building Radar models and implementing changes.
• Any experience in coaching or training junior staff would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in collaborating with and influencing colleagues at all levels, including senior management and directors.
