Our client, a partner-led Consultancy, is seeking a Risk Transfer Consultant to join their established and rapidly growing Risk Transfer team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-profile and complex transactions, from sub-£10m deals to those exceeding £3bn. The team also provides advice on superfund transfers and capital-backed journey plans and is increasingly winning business against the largest players in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to deliver risk transfer projects for clients across a range of scheme sizes
• Manage client or project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Maintain and grow relationships with both clients and providers in the Risk Transfer market
• Provide strategic, creative input into complex transactions including buy-ins, buy-outs, superfunds, and capital-backed journey plans

Skills & Experience Required:

• Fully Qualified Actuary
• Experience in Risk Transfer from a Pensions Advisory or Life Insurance role
• Excellent communication and project management skills
