Our client, a partner-led Consultancy, is looking for a Nearly or Newly Qualified Pensions Actuary to join their growing Pensions Consulting team. Working across a range of Corporate and Trustee clients, this role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, while delivering high-quality advice on complex Defined Benefit (DB) Pension matters.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior colleagues to advise a portfolio of Corporate and Trustee pension schemes
• Review member calculations, valuation results, and accounting disclosures completed by junior team members
• Draft and review both standard and bespoke advice and communications for clients
• Attend client meetings and help manage the delivery of client work
• Support day-to-day client management, including providing timely updates and addressing queries
• Mentor and train junior actuarial team members

Skills & Experience Required:

• Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary, or experienced non-studier with relevant DB experience
• Previous experience in DB Pensions Consulting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across internal teams and client stakeholders
