Actuarial Trustee Consultant – Multiple Locations
Our client, a market-leading Consultancy, is seeking an Actuarial Trustee Consultant to join their established Trustee Consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, engaging regularly with a variety of external stakeholders.
You will have ownership of your own client portfolio, responsible for day-to-day delivery, maintaining high standards of client work, and delegating tasks to junior colleagues. The role can be fully Trustee focused or offered as a ‘split’ position combining Trustee consulting with other technical areas.
This position can be based from multiple offices across the UK with hybrid working offered as standard, typically spending 2-3 days per week in the office. The role is available full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert advice on funding negotiations, valuations, member options, and risk settlement projects
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
- Supporting senior colleagues in servicing larger and more complex clients
- Managing projects such as valuations and factor reviews of various sizes
- Contributing to new business initiatives
- Mentoring and training junior actuarial staff
About You:
- Qualified Actuary or very Nearly Qualified Actuary
- Prior DB Pensions consulting experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and colleagues effectively
