Our client is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join their specialist GMP Equalisation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified Actuary (or non-studier at the Analyst level) with DB Pensions experience who wants to deepen their technical expertise across GMP Equalisation projects, working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This role can be based from multiple offices across the UK. Hybrid working is offered as standard, with most colleagues spending around 2 days per week in the office, though there is some flexibility for additional remote working. The position can be full-time or part-time to suit your preferences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting clients with GMP Equalisation for their pension schemes
  • Reviewing calculations and written advice prepared for clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive advice on GMP Equalisation matters
  • Supporting technical and research projects within the GMP Equalisation space
  • Mentoring and training more junior actuarial colleagues

About You:

  • Part Qualified Actuary progressing through actuarial exams, or non-studier with relevant DB Pensions experience
  • Prior experience in DB Pensions consulting is essential
  • GMP Equalisation experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
