Our client, a growing partner-led consultancy, is seeking experienced Senior Pensions Administrators to join their expanding DB Pensions Administration teams across multiple UK office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member queries, helping explain pension benefits in a clear and empathetic way
  • Check technical benefit calculations completed by junior colleagues
  • Collaborate on non-standard queries and support complex case resolution
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior administrators
  • Contribute to a positive, client-focused team culture

 

About You:

  • Solid experience in DB pensions administration (ideally 4+ years)
  • Strong working knowledge of manual calculations and scheme rules
  • Progression through a relevant qualification such as PMI is beneficial, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering accurate and helpful service
